Dahlia Medical Group was founded with a clear purpose: to build a healthcare ecosystem that is clinically trusted, operationally sustainable, and meaningful to the community.
Led by Dr. Dahlia Dahnil and En. Rosdan Md Yasan, DMG has grown from a single family clinic into a multi-dimensional healthcare group involved in primary care, occupational health, corporate healthcare, managed care administration, doctor entrepreneurship, training, and healthcare advisory.
The founders believe that healthcare must go beyond treating illness. It must empower families, support companies, guide doctors, strengthen clinics, and contribute to a more resilient healthcare system.
Dr. Dahlia Dahnil
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Dahlia Dahnil is the Founder and Group Managing Director of Dahlia Medical Group. A medical graduate from the University of Malaya and an Occupational Health Doctor, she has spent decades building DMG from the ground up, combining clinical experience, business leadership, and a strong passion for healthcare transformation.
Her vision is to develop DMG as more than a clinic group. She believes DMG should become a platform that strengthens primary healthcare, supports corporate wellness, empowers doctors to become entrepreneurs, and contributes to the sustainability of the Malaysian healthcare landscape.
As a clinician, entrepreneur, trainer, and healthcare strategist, Dr. Dahlia continues to lead DMG with a strong focus on preventive medicine, patient-centred care, clinic governance, doctor development, and innovative healthcare delivery models.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in purpose, resilience, integrity, discipline, and excellence, values that continue to shape the direction and culture of Dahlia Medical Group.
En. Rosdan Md Yasan
Co-Founder & Group President
En. Rosdan Md Yasan is the Co-Founder and Group President of Dahlia Medical Group. A graduate in Engineering from the University of Malaya, he brings strong analytical, operational, financial, and business development expertise into the growth of the group.
Together with Dr. Dahlia Dahnil, he has played a key role in transforming DMG from a clinic-based operation into a broader healthcare organisation with multiple business arms and strategic growth potential.
His leadership focuses on business structure, financial sustainability, operational discipline, diversification, and long-term expansion. With his strategic and corporate perspective, En. Rosdan provides the foundation needed for DMG to grow beyond traditional clinic operations and move towards a stronger, scalable healthcare ecosystem.
