Introduction
All clinics within the DAHLIA MEDICAL GROUP network are registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia under the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act.
Our journey began in 2001 with the establishment of Klinik Keluarga Dr. Dahlia, located at No. 10 Jalan 2/16, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor. From a single clinic founded by an entrepreneurial doctor, the group was officially incorporated on 26 January 2006, marking the beginning of a growing network of medical clinics across selected locations in Malaysia.
In 2017, Dahlia Medical Group underwent a major restructuring and strengthening initiative to unify its expanding healthcare operations under one brand identity. This strategic move was followed by the acquisition of additional healthcare centres and diversification into other business sectors, including participation in the stock market.
The corporatisation of Dahlia Medical Group Berhad became a reality in 2020, setting the foundation for future growth, including the pursuit of an initial public offering (IPO) and the establishment of DMG Hospitals — a key step towards realising our vision of becoming a leading name in Malaysia’s integrated healthcare industry.
